Are you a chef or front-of-house manager grappling with all the challenges the hospitality industry is facing today? Are you finding it hard to cope with the pressure and making time for yourself? Are your team stressed, short-staffed, and underperforming?

Join us on this two-hour online workshop and we’ll explore ways to improve your own wellbeing, to set healthy boundaries for your work life balance and to be able to support your team to cope with stress and build resilience.

We will cover:

  • What is wellness

  • Understanding pressure versus stress

  • Managing overwhelm

  • Managing your and your team's stress / wellbeing

  • Setting healthy boundaries and habits

  • Managing difficult issues - like anxiety, panic attacks and depression

  • Building resilience in yourself and those around you.

When: Tuesday 26 Septemer 10am-12 noon.
