As your coach, I will be more than just a guide - I’ll be a supportive ally, a trusted confidant, and a source of encouragement and accountability. My role is to create a safe and constructive space where you can explore, reflect, and grow.
Together, we’ll build a strong, trusting relationship that balances support with challenge. I’ll encourage you to focus on your values and priorities—both in your business and your life—and use them as a foundation for making informed decisions and taking purposeful action.
Through our coaching, you’ll gain clarity on your goals and identify the obstacles that may be holding you back. We’ll work collaboratively to remove these barriers and unlock your potential.
Expect a series of honest, open, and sometimes challenging conversations. I’ll provide perspective, ask thought-provoking questions, and guide you toward deeper self-awareness. My approach is tailored to you, ensuring that every session is relevant, impactful, and aligned with your aspirations.
As a qualified Executive Coach and Mentor (ILM Level 7), I bring a wealth of knowledge, experience, and proven methodologies to our work together. My goal is to help you thrive, make meaningful progress, and build a business and life that reflects your values and vision.
How Coaching works
Exploratory Call: We start with a conversation to determine if coaching is right for you and your goals.
Flexible Sessions: Coaching can take place face-to-face in Bristol, Bath, Somerset, the South West, or London—or virtually via Zoom or Teams. Sessions are typically fortnightly or monthly, with support available in between.
Tailored to You: We’ll co-create a plan that works for your schedule and priorities, with most coaching programmes spanning 6–8 sessions.
