About Polly Robinson

I’m a qualified Executive Coach and Mentor (ILM Level 7), with years of experience of working with business leaders and founders particularly in SMEs and fast-growth and scale-up organisations.

I’m based in Bristol and work with clients across the South West, London and the United Kingdom, even one or two in the US and Europe. I am happy to meet you in person or online, or a mixture of the two. Wherever you are, I’m here to support you in stepping into your leadership potential and creating the impact you need.

How Coaching Works

Exploratory Call: We’ll begin with an initial chat (sometimes called a chemistry session) for you to talk about what you hope to gain from coaching, find out more about my approach and see if there is a good fit and rapport for us to work together.

Flexible Sessions: Coaching can be face-to-face in Bristol, Bath, Somerset, the South West, or London—or virtually via Zoom or Teams. Sessions are typically fortnightly or monthly, with support available in between.

Tailored to You: We’ll agree a plan that works for your schedule and priorities, with most coaching programmes lasting 6–8 sessions.

How to find the right coach for me?

If you are looking for a coach, it’s important to find the right coach for you that means finding a coach who you can connect with, someone with whom you have rapport and someone who can support and challenge you in the way you need.
