I am experienced at working with all business sectors and not-for-profit organisations with a particular experience in working with hospitality leaders, both front-of-house, chefs and back office.

We can hold these for you either in person, remotely, or in a hybrid way for small teams from four members right up to large groups, and any size in-between.

After a long period of working from home, businesses are now expecting teams to return to the office on a regular if not full-time basis. Many people haven’t worked in an office environment for some time or at all, and perhaps have not met colleagues. A team away day is a chance to reconnect with colleagues, and realign your teams with your business strategy, plans, values and culture.

Perhaps your business is going through a period of change or challenge, perhaps that’s an acquisition, new management team, opening a new site, changing direction or restructuring. I can facilitate a face-to-face or virtual away-day and workshop to help your team manage the team, to be stronger together or celebrate a recent success.

As a professional facilitator, I will ensure that your team away-days are fun, interactive energized, and deliver measurable outcomes. We work in partnership with you to develop and deliver the content and outcomes you need.
