The Hospitality Leadership Accelerator
This new 8-week online programme will help you develop the practical management skills you need for everyday operations and the interpersonal skills to lead a strong, motivated and happy team.
We know hospitality has its unique culture and challenges so we’ve designed this programme for you - whether you are a new or aspiring manager - working front-of-house, as a chef or in another hospitality role.
Each workshop will be packed with insights and practical tools that you can put into practice straight away. You’ll have time for personal reflection to gain self-awareness, build confidence and to create your own personal action plan. You’ll become part of a supportive group of like-minded hospitality managers to share experiences and support each other through challenges.

This programme is tailored to the challenges of managing in the hospitality industry whether that’s a restaurant, pub, hotel, cafe or anything else.

This is not an off-the-shelf programme - it’s live online workshops for a group of no more than 15 people so that everyone gets involved and gets to know each other.

When
We kick off on Wednesday 2nd April at 5pm until 6.30 and run weekly. We wrap up on 21st May. You also get two one-to-one coaching sessions with one of our experienced hospitality coaches.
Where
We’ll meet on Zoom so you can join from wherever you are. And if you can’t make a workshop for any reason, we’ll record the session so you can watch it in your own time, although of course, nothing beats being there in person.

New and experienced managers in hospitality businesses - restaurants, bars, pubs, hotels, cafes - and for people working front-of-house, in the kitchen or behind-the-scenes. The group is limited to 15 people.

In week 3, we will get in touch with you individually to arrange your first 1-hour online coaching session where we’ll focus on your personal goals and challenges and start to build your personal development plan. Your second coaching session will take place in the final week of the programme and review how you’ve been getting on applying what you’ve been learning and refine your goals and development plan.

How does the coaching work?
In week 3, we will get in touch with you individually to arrange your first 1-hour online coaching session where we’ll focus on your personal goals and challenges and start to build your personal development plan.
Your second coaching session will take place in the final week of the programme and review how you’ve been getting on applying what you’ve been learning and refine your goals and development plan.
Where does it run?
Online. We’ll send you a link to join us on Zoom.
What if I’m busy and can’t make a session?
We’ll record all the sessions and send you a link to watch it in your own time.
Although we’d recommend you come along as much as you can to get the most out of the course by joining in all the discussions.
What does it cost?
The cost is £550 + VAT
This covers the 8 90-minute workshops, 2-hours of one-to-one coaching, a programme workbook for your notes and reflections and to help you build your development plan, and a toolkit of practical tips and tools.
If you want to bring one or two colleagues along we’re offering
2 places for £1000 and 3 for £1400 + VAT
How do I book?

Should I ask my manager?
We’d recommend talking to your manager about joining the programme and asking for them to sponsor you and allow you to block out the time to join. Your business and colleagues will benefit from the skills that you gain. If you’d like us to send details to your employer please let us know and we’d be happy to contact them.
What's more if you bring a colleague or two we’ll reduce the fee.
How many people will there be?
We believe that learning happens best in small groups so there will be no more than 15 people.
Is it confidential?
Yes! This is a safe space for you to be open with the coaches and your peers about your challenges and aspirations. It’s all confidential.
Is there additional support?
You are welcome to contact Polly or Jon, the course facilitators, at any time with any questions or issues you need support with.
We’ll also create a private Whatsapp group for people on the programme so you can get to know each other and give peer-to-peer support.
