Executive Coach

As an Executive Coach and Mentor, I support business founders, leaders and senior managers through coaching to help you build you drive your business forward, become a better leader, engage your people and build personal and business resilience in the challenging business environment we face today.

It’s all too easy to get caught up in the day-to-day busyness of work so that we forget to take a step back to focus on where we are going, how we want our businesses to grow and how we would like to develop as individuals. As a business coach, I provide a safe space to create perspective, look forward and set goals and a roadmap for getting there. Through individual and team coaching, I can help you to:

  • Develop leadership skills and be a better leader

  • Improve performance, resilience and motivation

  • Create a strong brand purpose and culture

  • Build strong teams and improve retention and recruitment

  • Identify a strategy for growth, set goals and remove barriers

We will build a strong and trusting relationship, where I will support and challenge you to focus on your values and what is important for your business and your life to inform your decisions and choices. You will identify objectives and remove the barriers that may be getting in the way of continued growth and success.

Executive Coaching and Mentoring creates a powerful measurable impact on individual, team and business performance.

“Polly has been my coach for more than a year, helping me to adapt and respond to the many challenges that I encounter leading a growing business. My approach to coaching

I will become a supportive friend, a listening ear, a shoulder to lean on.

We will build a strong and trusting relationship, where I will support and challenge you to focus on your values and what is important for your business and your life to inform your decisions and choices. You will identify objectives and remove the barriers that may be getting in the way of continued growth and success.

We will create space for a series of constructive conversations where you are able to be open and honest and sometimes tackle difficult topics. I will support and sometimes challenge your perspective - helping you to understand yourself better.

As well as being extremely rewarding, running business also comes with a set of unique challenges and resolving these on your own is hard work. I am working with Polly Robinson to identify and work through some of the personal challenges of leading and driving a business forwards. I thoroughly recommend reaching out to Polly if you need help – whether that is private support or strategic direction.”

How business coaching works in practice

  • We begin with a short exploratory call to see if coaching is right for you and if you feel that I am the right coach for you and your organisation. We’ll explore what you want to get of coaching and where you might be stuck or want support.

  • Where do we meet? I am based in East Anglia with easy access to London for face-to-face meetings. These days the majority of sessions take place via a mix of face-to-face and online video meetings via Zoom or Teams, but this is entirely flexible to suit you.

  • How often do we meet? We usually meet fortnightly or monthly. It’s all flexible to suit you but usually having a regular day/time is beneficial. Most coaching conversations take place over 6 to 8 sessions, but again this is flexible to suit you.

  • I also am available to support you between coaching sessions via email or telephone.
