I’m Polly Robinson

I’m an Executive Coach and Leadership Development Facilitator. 

I offer one-to-one and team coaching, I facilitate leadership programmes online for anyone to join or bespoke leadership training for your business and delivered face-to-face or online.

I work with all sectors and have a particular focus on working with the hospitality sector. Ultimately, I want to make hospitality a better and more attractive place to work.

I work with c-suite executives, business owners, and senior managers to help unlock potential, help improve self-awareness, clarify goals, and develop leadership & management skills.

I offer face-to-face or online training, one-off workshops or long-term leadership programmes.

Hospitality Leadership Programme

A 6-week online leadership programme for chefs, front-of-house managers and back office leaders in hospitality who want to improve their leadership skills, develop self-awareness, build strong, committed teams and learn to manage stress and build resilience for yourself and your team.

Through a series of guided conversations with your peers in the industry. You’ll also have access to one-to-one coaching and mentoring.

 

Facilitator

I am a facilitator for team away-days, strategic offsites, and leadership team days. I facilitate successful, engaging, and productive sessions bringing energy, enthusiasm and fun!

I am also a coach and facilitator on the government-funded Help to Grow Programme, led by the School of Business at the University of Leicester.

Culture Workshops

A strong positive culture is key to building a successful, high-performing business and engaged team.

If you are experiencing low levels of staff engagement and high turnover, you perhaps have a weak or poorly defined and communicated culture.
